Our ‘Go Gold’ experiences are available on ‘The Harbourmaster’, ‘Snowdonia Star’, ‘Gelert Explorer’,  ‘Mountain Spirit‘, ‘The Quarryman‘ and ‘Sunsetter‘ services.

Our First Class Pullman carriages, modern in years but ageless in quality, have been expertly constructed and finished in our Boston Lodge workshops and offer passengers a golden opportunity to travel in Orient Express style splendour.

These ‘Gold’ experiences are the epitome of luxury as you sit back and relax while you journey through the picturesque Welsh hills. Situated at the ends of the train, these carriages offer seating in a tranquil environment. Choose plush armchair bays with polished wooden tables seating up to four people, or an Observation saloon with free-standing chairs seating up to six people at the very end of the train with unrivalled views of the countryside.
