The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways has started delivery of a major National Lottery funded project that will provide interpretation across the railway; develop skills; conserve historic buildings at Boston Lodge. This is an exciting time with the recent World Heritage Site announcement with which the project has close links and shared ambitions to make a positive impact in the area. We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team of hospitality staff working on our trains; in Spooner’s, our bar and restaurant in Porthmadog; or at Tan y Bwlch Station Tea Rooms.

Many of the staff you meet on the trains and see working on the line are volunteers. They may also be enjoying a holiday in Wales, simply having a day off from their ‘normal jobs’ or using their retirement to come and help the railway. Please get in touch if you’d like to help!
