Quarter of a century clocked up on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways
Oliver Bennett, Stephen Greig and Chris Harrison first became involved with the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways as young volunteers in 1999. The trio have now each clocked up 25 years working and volunteering on the railway.

Earlier this month we were delighted to welcome the whole of Ysgol Maenofferen infants and junior school to the station in Blaenau Ffestiniog for a train journey down to Tan-y-Bwlch Station.

On Sunday 7th of July, the ‘Gelert Explorer’ service rolled out of Caernarfon station with an additional carriage included in the train – Pullman Carr. No.2115 ‘Bodysgallen’.
