Pullman Afternoon Teas - Terms and Conditions
There is limited availability on each Pullman Afternoon Tea date in 2018, please ensure that you book well in advance to avoid disappointment, as booking will be done on a first come basis. We will try to accommodate all requests however we are limited to the resources available.
Pullman Afternoon Teas are only available on the dates below in 2018:
April 14th, 21st, 28th.
June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 30th.
September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th.
To book your Pullman Afternoon Tea please contact the booking office on 01766 516024 at least one month before travel. Also Please make staff aware of any specific mobility requirements that you have so that we can aid you in your experience.
Please advise at the time of booking if you have any allergies or dietary requirements that our staff need to be made aware of. If you have booked a prosecco experience please be aware that you must be 18yrs or older and ID may be requested. If ID is not provided the Prosecco will not be served and the a credit voucher offered for the value of the Prosecco. The Pullman Afternoon Tea is a set menu for two people consisting of a selection of sandwiches and cakes. Tea and coffee is provided free of charge on the outward and return journey.
Amendments to booking:
We are unable to make any amendments to your booking if less than 2 weeks notice is given and at least 4 weeks notice is required for a change of date. This includes date changes requested due to adverse weather or road conditions, or in the event of ill health.
We reserve the right to suspend, reschedule or cancel services if operational circumstances or safety make this necessary.
All bookings are made subject to the railways terms and conditions. The Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways reserves the right to amend or re-allocate booked seats at any time.
Please note that the Pullman Afternoon Tea experience is not suitable for
children under 10 years of age.
As the Pullman Dining carriage is a heritage carriage, it is not possible to use a wheelchair inside the carriage, and thus all customers must be able to walk to their seats.
